Non-Commercial Use by Members/Viewers

Content Posted on the Site and agency/CDA
A) Latin Peruvian Singles claims immunity from liability to the fullest extent under the law and as provided under the Communications Decency Act for Content provided by third parties and members and nothing in this Agreement is intended to waive, remove, or usurp such immunity.
